Advanced Flyer Flex- 6 Week Session

Advanced Flyer Flex is built for athletes who already have the skills and are ready to make them unshakable. You must come in with both left and right splits, heel stretches, scales, and arabesques on both legs, plus the ability to pull a scorpion while standing on your right leg. In this high-energy, high-intensity class, we’ll perfect your body positions, boost your balance, and sharpen your lines so every stunt pops. Expect advanced variations, seamless transitions, and pro-level flexibility drills that will have you looking—and feeling—unstoppable in the air (Requirements will be strictly enforced)

BHS 101 - 6 Week Session

BHS 101 is designed for athletes ready to take their backhandspring to the next level! This class focuses on refining fundamental technique, building consistency, and introducing standing and running backhandspring series. Athletes will strengthen their power, form, and control through targeted drills and progressions. A solid back walkover is required to attend this class. Join us for this 6-week session and build the skills and confidence needed to master your backhandsprings!

Flips 1 (Ages 8-14) - 6 Week Session

Flips 1 is the perfect introductory tumbling class for athletes ages 8–14 who are ready to build a strong foundation in tumbling. Over the 6-week session, athletes will focus on mastering basic body shapes, technique, and strength needed for fundamental skills such as forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, back bends, walkovers, and more. This class is designed to develop confidence, control, and proper form—setting the stage for more advanced tumbling progressions. No experience necessary!

Flyer Flex - 6 Week Session

Front Tumble- 6 Week Session

Take your skills forward in our Front Tumble class! This class focuses on the drills, technique, and strength training needed to develop powerful and controlled front tumbling. Athletes will work on skills such as front walkovers, front handsprings, punch fronts, and more. Whether you're just starting to explore front tumbling or looking to refine your technique, this 6-week session provides the perfect foundation for progress and confidence in your forward skills.

Jumps - 6-Week Session

This class is designed to help athletes of all levels improve their jump technique through focused drills, strength-building exercises, and proper body positioning. Whether you're working on toe touches, pikes, hurdlers, or just looking to enhance your overall jump performance, this 6-week session will help you take your jumps to the next level!

Lay it Up- 6 Week Session

In Lay It Up, athletes will focus on progressing and perfecting both running and standing tumbling to layouts. This class targets technique, power, and body control through advanced drills and skill-specific training. Athletes will work on running tumbling passes to layouts as well as standing tumbling to tucks and layouts.
Requirement: A solid roundoff back handspring tuck and standing series back handsprings are required to enroll.

Let's Get Elite- 6 Week Session

Push your skills to the highest level in Let’s Get Elite! This advanced class is designed for athletes working on Level 5 and 6 elite tumbling, including layouts, fulls, double fulls, and specialty passes. Through focused drills and technique refinement, athletes will build the strength, speed, and precision needed to execute elite-level tumbling with confidence.
Requirement: Athletes must have both standing and running tumbling to a layout to enroll.

Level 1 Tumbling (Ages 5 & Up) - 6-Week Session

Level 1 Tumbling is the perfect class for athletes ages 5 and up who are ready to build a strong foundation in tumbling. This class focuses on developing proper body shapes, technique, and strength for essential skills such as cartwheels, round-offs, back bends, and front and back walkovers. The goal of this class is to prepare athletes with the fundamentals needed to confidently progress into a back handspring class. Whether just starting out or refining basics, this session sets the stage for future tumbling success!

Preschool Tumbling - 6 Week Session

Preschool Tumbling is the perfect introduction to movement and tumbling for young athletes ages 3–5! In this independent (no parent participation) class, little ones will explore basic tumbling skills using fun stations and equipment designed just for their age group. Athletes will build coordination, strength, flexibility, and body awareness—all while gaining confidence and developing social skills in a playful, encouraging environment. No prior experience needed—just bring your energy and excitement!

Standing Tumbling- 6 Week Session

Standing Tumbling is a technique-driven class open to athletes of all levels who want to build power, control, and confidence in their standing tumbling skills. This class focuses on the strength, body shaping, and drills necessary to progress through a wide range of skills—from back bends and standing back handsprings to standing tucks, series, and fulls. Whether you're just starting or pushing toward elite-level skills, this 6-week session will help you sharpen your technique and elevate your standing tumbling.

Tiny Tumblers- 6 Week Session

The Tiny Tumblers program at Rain Athletics is specially designed for children ages 1-3 and their parents or guardians! This interactive class allows you to participate alongside your child and our experienced staff as we build coordination, flexibility, and age-appropriate motor skills in a fun, supportive environment.

Through music, movement, and soft, safe equipment, little ones are introduced to new body movements while exploring, playing, and learning at their own pace. Each session provides a structured yet flexible experience, helping your child gain confidence, make new friends, and develop important social skills—all while having a blast!

Tuckin' Up- 6 Week Session

Tuckin’ It Up is designed for athletes ready to level up their tumbling with a focus on both standing and running tumbling to tucks. This class will include targeted drills, technique refinement, and strength work to help athletes achieve powerful and consistent tuck skills.
Requirement: Athletes must have a round-off two back handsprings and a standing series of back handsprings to enroll.

Twist it Out- 6 Week Session

Twist It Out is built for athletes ready to take their tumbling to the next level with a focus on twisting skills. This class will target both standing and running tumbling to fulls and double fulls through advanced drills, technique refinement, and power development.
Requirement: Athletes must have standing tumbling to a tuck and running tumbling to a layout to enroll.
