Advanced Flyer Flex- 6 Week Session

Advanced Flyer Flex is built for athletes who already have the skills and are ready to make them unshakable. You must come in with both left and right splits, heel stretches, scales, and arabesques on both legs, plus the ability to pull a scorpion while standing on your right leg. In this high-energy, high-intensity class, we’ll perfect your body positions, boost your balance, and sharpen your lines so every stunt pops. Expect advanced variations, seamless transitions, and pro-level flexibility drills that will have you looking—and feeling—unstoppable in the air (Requirements will be strictly enforced)

BHS 101 - 6 Week Session

BHS 101 is designed for athletes ready to take their backhandspring to the next level! This class focuses on refining fundamental technique, building consistency, and introducing standing and running backhandspring series. Athletes will strengthen their power, form, and control through targeted drills and progressions. A solid back walkover is required to attend this class. Join us for this 6-week session and build the skills and confidence needed to master your backhandsprings!

Let's Get Elite- 6 Week Session

Push your skills to the highest level in Let’s Get Elite! This advanced class is designed for athletes working on Level 5 and 6 elite tumbling, including layouts, fulls, double fulls, and specialty passes. Through focused drills and technique refinement, athletes will build the strength, speed, and precision needed to execute elite-level tumbling with confidence.
Requirement: Athletes must have both standing and running tumbling to a layout to enroll.

School Cheer Training- 6 Week Session

Our School Cheer Training class is designed for current and aspiring middle school and high school cheerleaders looking to elevate their skills for both sideline and competition seasons. Over the 6-week session, athletes will focus on tumbling, jumps, stunting, and game-day preparation. Whether you're trying out for a team or want to strengthen your skills for the upcoming season, this class provides the perfect blend of technique, conditioning, and cheer fundamentals to help you stand out and succeed.

Tuckin' Up- 6 Week Session

Tuckin’ It Up is designed for athletes ready to level up their tumbling with a focus on both standing and running tumbling to tucks. This class will include targeted drills, technique refinement, and strength work to help athletes achieve powerful and consistent tuck skills.
Requirement: Athletes must have a round-off two back handsprings and a standing series of back handsprings to enroll.
