Tuckin’ It Up is designed for athletes ready to level up their tumbling with a focus on both standing and running tumbling to tucks. This class will include targeted drills, technique refinement, and strength work to help athletes achieve powerful and consistent tuck skills.
Requirement: Athletes must have a round-off two back handsprings and a standing series of back handsprings to enroll.
Note: Please pay attention to the class schedule for this session. Classes will take place on 1/25, 2/1, 2/8, 2/22, 3/8 and 3/22
