Flips 1 is the perfect introductory tumbling class for athletes ages 8–14 who are ready to build a strong foundation in tumbling. Over the 6-week session, athletes will focus on mastering basic body shapes, technique, and strength needed for fundamental skills such as forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, back bends, walkovers, and more. This class is designed to develop confidence, control, and proper form—setting the stage for more advanced tumbling progressions. No experience necessary!
