Twist It Out is built for athletes ready to take their tumbling to the next level with a focus on twisting skills. This class will target both standing and running tumbling to fulls and double fulls through advanced drills, technique refinement, and power development.
Requirement: Athletes must have standing tumbling to a tuck and running tumbling to a layout to enroll.
